Educational institutions seldom lack commitment to their students. What they may lack is the time, specialized personnel or technical infrastructure required to convert that commitment into a consistent, modern tutorial system.
The IDMANN Strategic Tutorial Enhancement Program—IDMANN STEP—helps schools and other learning organizations strengthen their instructional capabilities while retaining their identity, personnel and relationships with the communities they serve.
STEP is the institutional implementation framework for the IDMANN Method™.
A Partnership, Not a Takeover
An IDMANN STEP engagement does not replace the partner institution or its teachers. The institution continues to admit and enroll its students, collect its fees, maintain its records and manage its relationships with parents and the community.
The partner institution also retains its Tutorial Authority: the curriculum, syllabus, examination standard or developmental objective that defines what its students are expected to learn. IDMANN helps the institution build the systems around that authority so its teachers can teach more effectively and its students can receive more consistent support.
What the Partnership Provides
Depending upon the needs of the institution, an IDMANN STEP engagement may include:
• Curriculum-aligned Tutorial Delivery Workbooks and instructional materials
• Structured teaching sequences, activities, assignments and assessments
• Preparation for online, blended or digitally supported instruction
• Teacher development and implementation training
• Curated digital learning instruments from IDMANN Scientific
• Assessment, feedback and progress-monitoring workflows
• Optional Tutorial Coordinator support
• Cross-border and inter-institutional learning activities
• Continuing review and improvement of the tutorial system
STEP may begin with one class, subject, department or program before expanding across the institution.

How IDMANN STEP Works
======================
1. Institutional Readiness Assessment
We begin by examining the institution’s learners, curriculum, personnel, infrastructure and objectives. This establishes what is already working, what must be strengthened and what can reasonably be implemented.
2. Tutorial System Design
IDMANN and the partner institution jointly define the instructional workflows, responsibilities, resources and support systems required for the engagement.
3. Personnel Preparation
IDMANN Institute prepares participating teachers, coordinators and administrators to work within the new system. Training is matched to their assigned responsibilities and the technologies being introduced.
4. Resource Deployment
IDMANN Academy prepares the required instructional materials, Tutorial Delivery Workbooks and digital instruments. Appropriate delivery and collaboration systems are then configured for the participating institution.
5. Supported Implementation
The new system is introduced according to an agreed implementation plan. Responsibilities, service levels, schedules and support boundaries are defined before deployment.
6. Review and Improvement
The partners review participation, instructional performance, student outcomes and operational experience. The system is adjusted where necessary and expanded when appropriate.

The Responsibilities of Each Partner
==========================================
The Partner Institution
The institution provides the students, teachers, local supervision and Tutorial Authority. It remains responsible for admissions, records, safeguarding, regulatory compliance, parent relationships and the physical conditions under which its students learn.
IDMANN Institute
IDMANN Institute assesses institutional readiness, prepares personnel and develops the professional and operational capabilities required to implement and sustain the partnership.
IDMANN Academy
IDMANN Academy provides the instructional architecture: customized materials, Tutorial Delivery Workbooks, digital instruments, delivery systems and—where requested—Tutorial Coordinator support.
For programs requiring in-person practical work, short residencies or locally supervised implementation in Nigeria, services may also be delivered through approved endpoint partners, including St. Bridget’s Frontier Services.
Who Can Participate?
IDMANN STEP is designed for:
• Primary and secondary schools
• Tutorial and examination-preparation centers
• Homeschool cooperatives and microschools
• Educational charities and community organizations
• Institutions developing online or blended programs
• Organizations seeking cross-border instructional partnerships
Every engagement is individually scoped. Participation depends upon institutional readiness, available infrastructure and alignment between the proposed program and the IDMANN Method.
Begin an Institutional Conversation
To explore an IDMANN STEP partnership, tell us about your institution, your learners, the curriculum or Tutorial Authority you follow, the capabilities you want to develop and the instructional problem you are trying to solve.
We will determine whether STEP is an appropriate fit and, if so, recommend a practical starting point.
Your institution retains its identity. Your teachers retain their role. IDMANN strengthens the system around them.
Start here and tell us how to reach you.
