IDMANN Private Tutor Program
IDMANN Private Tutor Program
Some students need more than well-designed group instruction. They need a tutorial program organized around their particular strengths, needs, schedule and learning objectives.
The IDMANN Private Tutor Program (PTP) provides individualized tutorial support for one student—the Tutorial Target. It is the most fully supported individual application of the IDMANN Method.
Who May Benefit?
The Private Tutor Program may be appropriate for:
• Younger students who benefit from short, carefully paced periods of individual instruction.
• Homeschooling families seeking structured instructional support.
• Students who need focused help in one or more subject areas.
• Highly capable students ready to move beyond the normal pace or scope of their class.
• Students whose learning needs make conventional group instruction less effective.
• Families requiring continuity of instruction during travel, relocation, illness or another temporary disruption.
• Families whose schedules make participation in fixed group sessions difficult.
Every engagement begins with a conversation. We learn about the student, identify the applicable Tutorial Authority—such as a school curriculum, examination syllabus or homeschool plan—and determine what form of support is appropriate.

How the Program Works

Each student receives a customized instructional package organized around defined learning objectives. Depending on the engagement, this may include:
• A curriculum-aligned Tutorial Delivery Workbook configured for the individual student (TDW-i).
• A dedicated Principal Tutorial Coordinator who provides scheduled instruction and guides the tutorial process.
• Additional subject specialists or Secondary Tutorial Coordinators where needed.
• Explanations, activities, resources, questions, assignments and assessments prepared for the student.
• Carefully selected digital instruments from IDMANN Scientific to reinforce, augment and accelerate learning.
• Periodic feedback and adjustment as the student progresses.
Instruction is delivered remotely through IDMANN’s secure tutorial-delivery environment. The schedule and instructional intensity are established with the family and may range from targeted subject support to a broader coordinated tutorial program.
For younger students participating from home, a responsible adult must remain available to provide appropriate supervision. IDMANN Tutorial Coordinators provide instruction; they do not serve as childminders or replace the essential role of parents and guardians.
Individualized Learning—Properly Supported
The Private Tutor Program does not force a student into a predetermined instructional structure. We build the structure around the student, the applicable curriculum and the objectives the family is trying to achieve.

IDMANN Global Summer Camp
IDMANN Global Summer Camp
Summer should provide rest, discovery and enjoyment. It should also give students room to strengthen what they have learned, explore new interests and prepare confidently for the academic year ahead.
The IDMANN Global Summer Camp (GSC) is a structured seasonal program for elementary and secondary school students. It combines academic preparation with carefully selected personal, professional, cultural and practical learning experiences.
Who May Benefit?
GSC is available through two principal participation pathways:
• Online participation, allowing students to join live instructional and developmental sessions from their homes.
• Residential participation, offered during selected sessions through the St. Bridget’s Schools in Aba, Nigeria.
Program dates, duration and available participation formats are announced for each summer session.

Academic Preparation

The academic component is organized around the needs of the individual student. Before instruction begins, IDMANN identifies the applicable Tutorial Authority—such as the student’s school curriculum, jurisdictional standards or preparation requirements for the coming academic year.
Depending on the program selected, students may receive:
• Curriculum-aligned Tutorial Delivery Workbooks.
• Individual or small-group instruction from Tutorial Coordinators.
• Review of important concepts from the preceding school year.
• Guided preparation for subjects and concepts the student will encounter next.
• Assignments, activities and assessments designed to identify and address areas requiring further attention.
• Appropriate digital instruments from IDMANN Scientific to reinforce and accelerate learning.
• Invited lectures and cultural immersion experiences.
The objective is not merely to keep students occupied. It is to ensure that they return to school prepared, confident and ready to learn.
Learning Beyond the Classroom
GSC also introduces students to experiences that may receive limited attention during the conventional school year. Available modules may include:
• Public speaking and effective communication.
• Research, critical thinking and creative writing.
• Personal finance and money management.
• Digital art, photography and media.
• Computer programming and digital technology.
• Food, nutrition, fashion and consumer sciences.
• Music and international languages.
• Engineering, construction and practical technologies.

The particular modules offered will vary by session, instructor availability, student age, participation format and available facilities.
Online students participate through IDMANN’s secure tutorial-delivery environment. Residential students learn within the structured campus environment provided by St. Bridget’s Schools, with access to appropriate instructional, vocational and developmental facilities.

IDMANN High Achievers' Program
Saturday School — The High Achievers’ Program
The conventional school week cannot provide every learning experience a young person needs. Some abilities require additional time, a different setting and opportunities to learn alongside students whose experiences extend beyond one school or community.
IDMANN Saturday School—The High Achievers’ Program—is a recurring, nonresidential enrichment program for elementary and secondary school students. It brings young people together in small online groups to develop practical abilities, intellectual confidence and a broader understanding of the world around them.
“High achievement” does not mean that a student must already have exceptional grades. It describes the direction of travel: helping every participant develop the knowledge, judgment, confidence and discipline needed to pursue ambitious goals.
Learning Beyond the Conventional Curriculum
Saturday School complements—not replaces—the student’s regular academic program. Available learning experiences may include:

A Cross-Border Learning Community

Students participate from their homes through IDMANN’s secure tutorial-delivery environment. Sessions are led by qualified educators and subject specialists, including experienced teachers who bring their own professional knowledge, cultural perspective and practical experience to the learning community.
The small-group structure allows students to speak, collaborate, present their work and learn from one another. A student in North America or Europe may work alongside peers whose lives and perspectives are different from their own—without leaving home.
Each instructional cycle is organized using the IDMANN Method. Tutorial Coordinators receive prepared teaching sequences, explanations, activities, resources and assessments appropriate to the module. Digital instruments from IDMANN Scientific may also be introduced where they can strengthen participation, understanding or enjoyment.
Purposeful Weekends
Saturday School provides families with a structured alternative to an intensive or residential program. Students can continue with their normal school commitments while using part of the weekend to explore interests, acquire practical abilities and develop their own voices.
It is learning with purpose—but it is also meant to be enjoyable.

IDMANN Entrance Preparation Program
Entrance Preparation Program
Important examinations test more than memory. Students must understand the subject material, manage their time, interpret unfamiliar questions and perform confidently under defined conditions.
The IDMANN Entrance Preparation Program (EPP) provides structured tutorial support for students preparing for selected school-leaving examinations, entrance examinations, standardized assessments and language-proficiency tests.
Depending on current instructional capacity, EPP may support examinations within categories such as:
• North American secondary, equivalency and university-admission examinations.
• West African secondary-school and university-entrance examinations.
• British secondary-school and university-entrance examinations.
• East African secondary-school examinations.
• English-language proficiency examinations.
• Jurisdiction-specific school assessment and advancement tests.
Specific examinations, subjects and instructional cycles are offered according to current availability. Participation in EPP does not register a student for an examination or guarantee admission, advancement or any particular score.

Preparation Built Around the Examination

Every EPP engagement begins with the relevant Tutorial Authority: the current syllabus, content specification, candidate guidance or other official material issued for the examination.
IDMANN then works to determine:
• What the examination requires.
• What the student already understands.
• Where important knowledge or performance gaps exist.
• How much preparation time remains.
• What instructional pace and practice schedule are appropriate.
From that foundation, the student receives a preparation plan organized through the IDMANN Method.
How EPP Works
Depending on the examination and the student’s needs, support may include:
• A curriculum-aligned Tutorial Delivery Workbook.
• Individual instruction or placement in a small preparation cohort.
• Teaching and review of examinable concepts.
• Guided exercises and appropriate past-examination material.
• Timed practice under conditions designed to build familiarity and confidence.
• Analysis of performance across successive exercises and assessments.
• Focused intervention in areas requiring improvement.
• Digital instruments selected to reinforce learning and support independent practice.
• Periodic feedback for the student and, where appropriate, the parent or guardian.
Small cohorts allow students preparing for the same examination to learn cooperatively while receiving guidance from an experienced Tutorial Coordinator. Individual support may also be arranged when a student requires a more personalized program. Schools, organizations and other groups may request a customized EPP cohort for their learners or candidates.
Preparation Should Begin With Clarity
Students benefit most when examination preparation begins early enough to permit genuine learning, repeated practice and thoughtful correction. EPP is therefore organized around the student’s intended examination date, present level of readiness and available preparation period.
The goal is not simply to expose students to more questions. It is to help them understand what they are being asked, improve how they respond and approach the examination with experience rather than fear.
